- The exact platform name as on our site (for example the paid tool users are replacing).
- A link to our page (copy from the address bar), e.g.
https://freealternativesto.com/alternatives/your-slug, or the slug if you know it.
About the alternative
- Name of the tool or project
- Official website URL
- Category or tag (how you would group it)
- Best for — one line on who it suits
- Short description — neutral summary
- Highlights — bullet list (features, license, free tier, self-hosted, etc.)
- Logo or thumbnail URL (optional), plus note if we may use it
